Fujiyama Glass
Let this glass take you on a journey. Pour your favorite beer into its tapered silhouette, and watch the snow-cap of Japan's Mount Fuji appear – wherever you are in the world. It's the Fujiyama Glass from acclaimed designer Keita Suzuki. Drink whiskey, drink bourbon, drink brandy. Drink seltzer and lime, chilled. Handblown by master craftsmen at Sugahara Glassworks. Wide base, narrow top. Presented in a special solid Paulownia wood box, like a traditional Japanese teacup. Bottoms up.
The limited frosted edition shifts the mood of the Fujiyama Glass. Same mountain, more elusive. Part of Sugahara’s REWORK collection. Artisan sandblasting depicts the sea of clouds around Mount Fuji’s peaks. The REWORK project gives items once set aside for imperfections a second chance. Reimagined with a new character.
