US Orders: We offer standard, priority, and expedited shipping options, using the following services depending on distance and weight: USPS, FedEx, UPS. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or other remote locations might take longer.

International Orders: We offer international priority and international expedited shipping to Canada, Western Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Hong Kong, and Singapore.

Note that Ode to Things is not responsible for lost packages and other shipping issues outside U.S. postal boundaries. Any duties and taxes charged by customs are the buyer's responsibility, and will not be refunded or reimbursed. If a proxy address or third-party forwarding service is used, our responsibility ends upon delivery to that US address. Ode to Things is not liable for lost packages and other shipping issues beyond this point.

Rates and Processing Times

Shipping price for your order will be displayed during the checkout process, before you confirm payment. You will receive an email with delivery information and a tracking number as soon as your order is fulfilled.

1. US Standard shipments are processed within 3-4 business days.
2. Priority shipments (US and International) are processed within 2-3 business days.
3. Expedited shipments (US and International) are processed the same or the next business day.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with every Ode to Things purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us within 30 days after you receive your order. If more than 30 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in unused condition, in their original product packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Ode to Things reserves the right to deny refunds, or charge a restocking fee if the merchandise returned does not meet the requirements above. 

Note that magazines, gift cards, health and personal care items are exempt from being returned. 

The cost of shipping an item back to Ode to Things is always the responsibility of the customer. The original shipping and handling costs are not refundable. However, if you are exchanging an item, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement (US orders only). Ode to Things is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments so we recommend you insure your return.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to customers. We encourage you to do the same when you receive your order. If you think an item is damaged, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Claims for damaged items will not be accepted after 48 hours. Items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for refund or exchange.

If you want to return or exchange a product, please contact us with your order number.

Canceled Orders

There is a 3-4% processing fee on orders canceled by the customer, depending on the payment method.
